Terms of service
These terms govern your use of the Pretty & Pressed Tees website and any custom apparel orders
placed through the site, email, or social messages (“we,” “us,” or
“Pretty & Pressed Tees”).
Custom orders
All shirts are made to order. Prices shown on the website are starting points. Final pricing is
confirmed after design details, shirt type, quantity, colors, and any special requests are reviewed.
Production does not begin until you approve the order details and any required payment.
Design approval
You are responsible for reviewing spelling, names, dates, colors, and layout before approving a
design preview or paying an invoice. Approved designs are printed as submitted unless we contact you about
a technical issue.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. You may also pay by invoice or another method
we agree to in writing. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in cancellation of
current and future orders.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after design approval and payment. Rush requests may be available depending on order size and schedule.
Bulk or specialty orders may require additional time. We will share an expected completion date before production starts.
Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (supplier shortages, shipping disruptions, etc.) are not grounds for automatic cancellation without our agreement.
Your content
By submitting logos, photos, wording, or other materials, you confirm you have the right to use them
and that they do not infringe on anyone else’s rights. You grant us permission to use submitted
materials solely to fulfill your order.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to an order is
limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this
page shows when changes were posted. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the
revised terms.
Privacy policy
We respect your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it when you
visit our website or place an order.
Information we collect
Contact details you provide (name and email)
Order details (shirt type, sizes, quantities, design notes, event dates)
Files you upload (logos, photos, inspiration images)
Payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers on our servers)
Basic technical data such as browser type and IP address for security and fraud prevention
How we use information
We use your information to:
Respond to order requests and questions
Prepare design previews, invoices, and finished products
Process payments and send order confirmations
Improve website security and prevent abuse
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run
the business (for example, payment processing through Stripe and website hosting), and when required
by law.
Retention
Order records are kept as long as needed for customer service, accounting, and legal compliance, then
deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information. No online
system is 100% secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information you do not need to share for your
order.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by

We may retain certain records where required for legal or business purposes.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal
information from children.
Refund & cancellation policy
Because items are custom-made, refunds and cancellations follow the rules below.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel before materials are ordered or printing begins, we will refund any prepaid amount minus
a reasonable design or setup fee if work has already been completed on your design preview.
After approval or production begins
Once you approve a design or we begin ordering shirts and pressing your order, the sale is generally
final. We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes you
provided, or typos approved on the design preview.
Our errors
If we make an error (wrong spelling we introduced, wrong garment color, or a defect in our work), contact
us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Shipping issues
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, notify us promptly so we can help file a carrier claim or
arrange a replacement when possible.
Deposits & bulk orders
Bulk and event orders may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve production time and purchase
materials. Deposit terms will be stated on your quote or invoice.

description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Local pickup may be available when your order is ready.
We will confirm time and location by email.
Shipping is calculated at checkout when possible for shop cart orders.
Custom upload orders may have shipping added to your approved invoice before payment.
Large or special orders may be confirmed separately before production. Tracking is provided when your package ships.
