How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days after design approval and payment. Rush requests may be available depending on order size and schedule. Large bulk orders may need extra time — we will confirm your timeline before production begins.
Do you accept bulk orders?
Yes. Bulk orders are available for families, businesses, teams, reunions, events, and celebrations.
Can I request my own custom design?
Yes. You can send your wording, colors, theme, logo, photo, or inspiration idea.
How do I choose sizes?
List each size and quantity in the order form (for example: S-2, M-4, L-3, XL-1).
When is payment due?
Payment is due after your design details are confirmed and before production begins. Pay your approved upload request on Pay Invoice, or checkout personalized and pre-designed tees from your cart.
